ORDER. Plaintiff's second motion for appointment of counsel (doc. 19) is denied. Plaintiff's related motion to stay this case pending the court's ruling on his request for appointment of counsel (doc. 20) is denied as moot. Defendant's motion to stay the case (doc. 23) is granted. All pretrial proceedings in this case, including discovery and initial disclosures, are stayed until further order of the court.
