The clerk of the court shall correct the docket in this matter to reflect the identification of the John Doe defendants as Michael Bulmer and Chris McKown and shall issue waivers to those defendants. Plaintiff's motion 42 for default judgment, motion 46 to appoint counsel, motion 49 in opposition to defendants' memorandum in support of the motion to dismiss, and motion 52 to serve surreply are denied. Plaintiff is granted to and including February 6, 2008, to respond to defendants' motion to dismiss.
