MEMORANDUM AND ORDER During the 8/11/2015 telephone conference, the Court made oral rulings that are now contained in this written order. The Court grants in part and denies in part 190 Defendants' Motion to Reopen Discovery for a Limited Purpose and to Reschedule the Pretrial Conference. No later than 8/25/2015, the parties shall file a joint report to advise the Court of the result of their discussions on the status of Plaintiff's production of documents. Within 30 days after Plaintiff has completed production of the described documents, Defendants may take two Rule 30(b)(6) depositions. The Court takes under advisement 198 Plaintiff's Motion to Stay. The Court grants in part and denies in part 181 Defendants' Unopposed Motion for Extension of Expert Discovery Deadline. The Court finds as moot 200 Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Leave to File Documents Under Seal and 201 Defendants' Unopposed Motion for Leave to File Documents Under Seal. The Court vacates the Second Amended Scheduling Order deadlines pertaining to the parties' submission of a proposed Pretrial Order, the Final Pretrial Conference, and the dispositive motions deadline.
