ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to Jeremy Dale Wilson for 51 Report and Recommendations on Guilty Plea: (1) Report and Recommendation 51 is ADOPTED as the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the court; (2) Deft is found to have violated the terms of his supervised release; (3) Deft's supervised release is REVOKED; (4) Deft is sentenced to the custody of the Attorney General for a period of 11 months with no additional supervised release to follow; (5) Upon motion of USA, the alleged violation of Condition No. 2 as reflected in the reports of 9/12 and 9/23 is DISMISSED without prejudice; (6) Upon motion of USA, the alleged violation of Condition No. 2 found on page 1 of the 8/23/11 report, and of Condition No. 7 found on page 2 of the same report, be DISMISSED with prejudice; (7) A Judgment shall be entered concurrently herewith.
