MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER, 1) pla individual capacity claims against Gary Beckstrom and Charles Williams terminated/dismissed w/prej 2) Clerk issue summons for dfts Lisa Sulliman, David Boggs in their ind capacities on the issue of the Eight Amdt strip search claim 3) Clerk prepare as many copies of complaint as there are summons issued and complete the requisite number of USM 285; a) if insufficient info exists to complete 285 form regarding any dft, clerk promptly make a clerk's entry on the docket stating why clerk cannot fill out summons or USM 285; b) Clerk forward by cert mail 1) the summonses issued 2) USM 285 3) complaint and copies 4) number of Opinion and Order and or any documents to effectuate service c) clerk enter the certified mail receipt into record and a notation that delivery d) USM serve summons and complaint and order upon dfts; and service to be made by cert mail e) USM make return to the court of whether the summons is executed or still unexecuted w/in 40 dys 4) clerk serve a copy of this MEMO on KDOC and note on docket sheet 5) pla keep clerk informed of mailing address failure may result in dismissal 6) for every further pldg he wishes to submit pla serve upon dft or counsel original papers to be filed w/clerk w/certificate of service; if Judge or Mag Judge receives any document which has not been filed w/clerk or which has been filed but fails to include a certificate of service the doucment will be disregarded by court..
