REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to Jeffrey Tinsley: It is recommended 1) Dft found to have violated the terms of his supervised release and that it be revoked; 2) Dft be sentenced to custody of Attorney General for a period of Nine (9) months with no supervised release to follow; 3) Dft pay an immediate special assessment of $100 as originally ordered 5/19/05; 4) At time of execution of judgment and commitment order in this case, dft shall report to the USM Service within 48 hours. Objections must be filed within 10 days of service or further appeal is waived. If dft wishes to address the Court prior to sentencing the dft must notify the court within 10 days.
