REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to Willie Stokes: 1) Defendant be found to have VIOLATED the terms of his supervised release as set out in the 3/17/2015 violation report; 2) Defendant's supervised release be REVOKED; 3) Defendant be sentenced to the custody of the Atty General for 14 MONTHS, credit to be given for time served since his detention on the charged violations, with a term of supervised release to follow, terminating on 12/18/2021, under same conditions as previously imposed; 4) Defendant having preserved his right to allocate, the Court set the matter for an allocution hearing unless defendant notifies the Court in writing within 14 days.
