REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to Kobie K. Baker; 1. Defendant KOBIE K. BAKER be found to have VIOLATED the terms of his supervised release as set out in the March 15, 2016, Violation Report; 2. Defendants supervised release be REVOKED; and, 3.
