OPINION & ORDER: 1) pltf's motion for conditional certification of collective action and for court-approved notice to members of Collective Class 27 is DENIED 2) pltf's motion for summary judgment 34 is DENIED 3) pltf's motion to extend ddl to file expert disclosures, to complete discovery and file dispositive motions 30 is DENIED as moot pending Court's determination of its jurisdiction over O'Neal's state law claims 4) dfts' motion for summary judgment 35 is GRANTED as to pltf's FLSA claim and that claim is DISMISSED. The motion is otherwise DENIED as moot pending Court's determination of its jurisdiction over pltf's state law claims 5) pltf SHALL FILE a brief w/in 10 days of entry of this Order stating the amount in controversy on her state law claims.
