MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: (1) following dfts are dismissed, sua sponte, w/out prejudice: Warden Dewalt, K.M. White, & the Director of the BOP; (2) Clerk to prepare & issue summons for Tara Halbert, James Buckner, & Ms Anderson, in official & individual capacities; in addition to summonses, Clerk to make 2 sets of copies of the summonses & mark one set to be served on US Atty General & one set to be served on US Atty for the EDKY; (3) Clerk to also prepare as many copies of the Complaint & the instant Order as there are summonses & any required USM Forms 285. If insufficient information, Clerk to promptly make clerk's entry stating why Clerk cannot fill out the summons or USM Form 285 or any other documents necessary to effectuate service; (4) Deputy Clerk to hand-deliver said documents to USM's office in Lexington, KY; (5) Deputy Clerk making the delivery to obtain from USM a receipt for the hand-delivered documents, which receipt to be entered into instant record; (6) USM to serve a summons, Complaint copy, & copy of this Order on each named dft for whom a summons has been prepared & shall serve copies of these documents on US Atty General, in Washington, D.C. & on US Atty for the EDKY, all service to be made by certified mail, return receipt requested; (7) USM to make return report to the Court of whether summons is executed or still unexecuted w/in 40 days of the date of entry of this Order; (8) pla to keep Clerk informed of current mailing address; Failure to notify Clerk of address change may result in dismissal of this case; (9) For every further pleading or other document, pla to serve upon each remaining dft, a copy of the pleading or other document; pla to send original papers to be filed w/ the Clerk together w/ a certificate of service; no certificate of service, the document will be disregarded by the Court. Forester on 6/11/08.(MWZ)cc: CORMEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: IT IS ORDERED as follows: (1) dft's 21 Motion to Seal is GRANTED; Clerk shall DOCKET the attached tendered Memorandum of Law & exhibits as filed of record as of the date it was tendered & shall keep the Memorandum & its exhibits under seal hereafter; (2) dft's 20 MOTION for Summary Judgment is GRANTED w/ regard to both FTCA & Bivens claims, this matter is DISMISSED, & Judgment shall be entered contemporaneously w/ this Memorandum Opinion & Order in favor of the dfts; (3) pla's 22 MOTION for Order denying the disclosure of personal information is DENIED as moot; (4) pla's remaining 25/26 Motions, for Discovery & for the Court to Deny the dfts' dispositive Motion, are bot
