MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: IT IS ORDERED as follows: (1) Petitioner's 3 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED; (2) Petitioner's 5 MOTION for Expedited Review is GRANTED; (3) The Clerk shall serve by certified mail a copy of the 2 Petition & this 7 Order upon Respondent Warden Stephen Dewalt, the Atty General for the US, & the US Atty for the EDKY; (4) Respondent shall answer or otherwise defend w/in 30 days of the date of entry of this Order; Respondent shall also file w/ his answer all relevant documentary evidence which bears upon the allegations contained in the Petition; (5) Upon entry of a response herein or upon the expiration of said period of time, the Clerk shall notify Pro Se Office; (6) The Petitioner shall keep the Clerk informed of his current mailing address; Failure may result in dismissal of this case; (7) For every further pleading or other document he wishes to submit, the Petitioner shall serve upon Respondent, or, the attorney, a copy of the pleading or other document; include a certificate of service; fail to inc. certificate of service of a copy, the document will be disregarded by the Court.
