ORDER as to Donald H. Asberry (re 94 MOTION to Reduce Sentence): Dft is not entitled to a reduced sentence under Amendment 750. Court previously denied dft's motion for reduction under Amendment 782, Court saw no reason to reduce sentence even further. As this Court has explained, the proper method to challenge a federal criminal conviction is through a motion filed under 28 USC 2255. To the extent Asberry seeks a review of this Court's ruling by another court, he should appeal any such ruling to 6CCA. Signed by Judge Karen K. Caldwell on 5/12/2016.
