RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION as to Braxton Stump: the Court RECOMMENDS: 1. a finding of no violation; 2. dft's supervision term continue on all conditions and for duration previously imposed, w/ following modifications: a. Stump SHALL participate in ongoing parenting and mental health treatment/counseling as deemed appropriate by USP; and b. previously imposed interim supervisory terms 147 restricting dft's access and role re minor children be lifted. Instead, Stump shall comply w/ state court and Cabinet's limits and restrictions on parenting. Right of allocution persists.
