RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION as to Austin Paul Wing (1): The undersigned RECOMMENDS that Wing's 105 MOTION to Vacate under 28 U.S.C. 2255 be DENIED. The undersigned further RECOMMENDS that no Certificate of Appealability should issue. Court directs the parties to 28 USC 636(b)(1) for appeal rights/mechanics concerning this Recommended Disposition. Within 14 days after being served, any party may serve and file specific written objections to any or all findings or recommendations for determination, de novo, by the District Court.
