MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: 1) Claims against Todd Lafferty (in official capacity), Lexington Police Department, Lexington Urban County Government, Bethany Streble (Property Manager), Winterwood Property Management, Commonwealth of Kentucky and Gleneagles Apartments are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE and these parties are DISMISSED as dfts in this action. 2) Clerk shall prepare a "Service Packet" for service upon office Todd Lafferty. 3) Clerk shall send the packet to USM and note date of delivery. 4) USM shall personally serve a packet upon Probation and Parole Office Todd Lafferty. 5) Jones must advise Clerk of any change in his mailing address. 6) If Jones wishes to seek relief from the Court, do so by filing a formal motion sent to Clerk.
