RECOMMENDATIONS DISPOSITION re 1 PETITION to Enforce IRS Summons: court recommends that the District Judge issue an order enforcing the IRS Summons; IRS has established its right to enforcement & Respondent has failed to show any cause in avoidance of such relief; the District Judge should order that Respondent fully comply w/summons by 6/3/16; the court makes this recommendation w/understanding that per parties' agreement, Respondent will appear at Officer Stockwell's office on both 5/2 & 5/23/16 at 10:00 am to work toward the ultimate resolution of this issue; the 6/3 date will back the agreement w/firm, court-ordered deadline by which Newton must have fully complied w/summons; court warned Newton that failure to abide by the order to comply could subject him to potential penalties including contempt of court; clerk shall serve this Recommended Disposition on all parties including Attys Irtz & Cox and the Respondent; Objections to R&R due within 14 days.
