OPINION AND ORDER: the Court GRANTS 112 Motion for Reconsideration, and, upon reconsideration of 110, GRANTS FTC summary judgment on conversion liability. The collateral alteration, in the manner it occurred, would thwart 5(B) from applying. Given MLA silence on post-termination status, the failure to return the collateral was conversion. The jury will decide the issue of resulting damages. Signed by Magistrate Judge Robert E. Wier on 2/1/2018. (STC)cc: COR
