MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: 1. Defendants Guitar Center Stores, Inc. and Kirk Hamilton's Motion for Partial Dismissal 6 is GRANTED as to Count 1 against Dft Hamilton, Counts III & IV against both Dfts and the portion of Count II that purports to state a conspiracy claim against both Dfts; 2. Plaintiff Walter's Motion to for leave to Amend 9 is GRANTED as to Count II against each Dft, as well as Count VI, and DENIED as to proposed Count IV & Count V; 3. Plaintiff Walter shall FILE a full Amended complaint consistent with this Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order within 14 days of entry of this order; 4. Pursuant to F.R.C.P. 16 and 26: (a) Within 21 days from date of this Order, parties by counsel, shall meet to discuss the nature and basis of their claims and defenses and the possibilities for a prompt settlement or resolution of the case, to make or arrange for disclosures and to develop a proposed discovery plan, (b) within 10 days after the meeting the parties shall file a joint status report.
