RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION as to Gerardo A. Mejia-Palacio, Hector Salas, Jr: The Court RECOMMENDS that the District Judge wholly DENY Defendants' Motion to Suppress (DE# 18, 20). The Court directs the parties to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) for appeal rights concerning this recommendation, issued under subsection (B) of that statute. The parties should consult the aforementioned statute and Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 59(b) for specific appeal mechanics.
