RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION as to Gerardo A. Mejia-Palacio, Hector Salas, Jr: The Court RECOMMENDS that the District Judge wholly DENY Defendants' Motion to Suppress (DE# 18, 20). The Court directs the parties to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) for appeal rights concerning this recommendation, issued under subsection (B) of that statute. The parties should consult the aforementioned statute and Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 59(b) for specific appeal mechanics. The objection period will be as stated in the Rule and statute, subject to any particular schedule set by Judge Reeves. Failure to object in accordance with the Rule waives a partys right to review. Signed by Magistrate Judge Robert E. Wier on 7/25/2017. (KM)cc: COR,USM,USPRECOMMENDED DISPOSITION as to Gerardo A.
