RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION: The Court RECOMMENDS that the District judge DENY Petitioner's 14 Motion for Preliminary Injunction, Temporary Restraining Order and Order for Protection as MOOT. The Court further ORDERS the existing show-cause deadlines, DE 8 (Order), be extended 14 days. NLT 10/23/2017 Nunn shall show cause why his ยง 2254 petition should not be dismissed as untimely. Respondent shall file any response to the submission ordered above by 11/20/2017. Within fourteen days after being served with a copy of this decision, any party may serve and file specific written objections to any or all findings or recommendations for determination, de novo, by the District Court. Failure to make a timely objection consistent with the statute and rule may, & normally will, result in waiver of further appeal to or review by the District Court & Court of Appeals.
