RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION as to Phillip Turner: 1) Deft.'s sup. release be revoked and he be committed to custody of BOP for term of 20 months. 2) Sentence of impr. shall be followed by a new term of sup. release of 16 months on the same terms currently in effect. Court recommends that deft be evaluated by the BOP for further appropriate drug treatment and deft be placed in suitable facility closest to his home.
