RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION as to Roy Dean Woods re 171 MOTION to Vacate under 28 U.S.C. 2255: the Court RECOMMENDS that the District Judge TRANSFER Woodss § 2255 motion (DE #171) to the Sixth Circuit pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1631. The motion is second or successive, and Woods did not secure Sixth Circuit authorization to file. The Court directs the parties to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) for appeal rights andmechanics concerning this Recommended Disposition, issued under subsection (B) of thestatute.
