RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION as to Gilbert Darren Simpson re 102 MOTION to Vacate under 28 U.S.C. 2255 : The Court concludes that Defendant's motion is untimely. Therefore, the Court RECOMMENDS that Defendant's motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence (D.E. 102) be DENIED.
