RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION as to Ronald Deaton Staton: 1. Revocation and incarceration for a term of eight months; and 3. A fourteen-month term of supervised release to follow under the conditions previously imposed at Docket Entry 31, with the modification that Defendant shall be subject to SL-2 breathalyzer monitoring for the first six months of supervised release, to be paid for by the government. Defendants right of allocution under Rule 32.1 is preserved, as reflected in the record.
