RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION as to Jason Lawrence Taylor: The Court RECOMMENDS 1) Revocation with a term of imprisonment of ten months; 2) A term of supervised release of twenty-six months, under conditions previously imposed at Docket Entry 67, with the additional condition that, as soon as practicable following release, Defendant shall enroll in, and complete, an inpatient substance abuse treatment program with the length of such program to be left to the discretion of the USPO. Following completion of this program, Defendant shall be subject to drug testing by the USPO every ten days for a period of two months, with testing at the USPO's discretion thereafter; and 3) Defendant shall appear for a status conference before the undersigned on March 15, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., at the U.S. Courthouse in London, Kentucky, to discuss Defendant's progress with drug treatment and supervised release. Defendant's right of allocution under Rule 32.1 is preserved. The Court directs parties to 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(b)(1) for appeal rights concerning this recommendation, issued under subsection (B) of the statute. Failure to make timely objection consistent with the statute and rule may, and normally will, result in waiver of further appeal to or review by the District Court and Court of Appeals. ORDER as to Jason Lawrence Taylor for 78 Report and Recommendations: 1. The Recommended Disposition [R. 78] as to Defendant Jason Lawrence Taylor is ADOPTED as and for the Opinion of the Court; 2. Defendant Jason Lawrence Taylor is found to have violated the terms of his Supervised Release; 3. Mr. Taylor's Supervised Release is REVOKED; 4. Mr. Taylor is hereby sentenced to a term of imprisonment of ten (10) months, with a term of supervised release of twenty-six (26) months to follow. The term of supervised release shall be imposed under the same conditions previously imposed at R. 67, with the added condition that, as soon as practicable following release, Mr. Taylor shall enroll in and complete an inpatient substance abuse treatment program. Following Mr. Taylor's completion of the program, he shall be subject to drug testing. 5. Mr. Taylor shall appear before Magistrate Judge Hanly A. A term of supervised release of twenty-two months, under the conditions previously imposed, with the following additional conditions: (a) That Defendant be prohibited from contacting Michelle Asher except for matters regarding their child and then only with prior approval from the USPO (b) That Defendant be required to attend mental health treatment to address his anger issues upon his release.
