RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION as to Doyle Stanford Fritts re 290 MOTION to Vacate under 28 U.S.C. 2255: the Court RECOMMENDS that the District Court DENY Defendants motion (D.E. 290) for 28 U.S.C. § 2255 relief.
