RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION as to Dorsey Clark: 1) Dft be found guilty of all violations; 2) Revocation w/a term of 12 months and one day; 3) 23 months and 29 days of S/R to follow; Dft's right of allocution is preserved; Any waiver should comport with the Courts standard waiver form, available from the Clerk. Absent waiver, the matter will be placed on Judge Van Tatenhove's docket upon submission. The Court directs the parties to 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(b)(1) for appeal rights concerning this recommendation, issued under subsection (B) of the statute. Objections to R&R due as stated within the R/R. Dorsey Clark is found to have violated the terms of his Supervised Release. 3. Mr. Clark's Supervised Release is REVOKED; 4. Mr. Clark is hereby sentenced to a term of incarceration of twelve (12) months and one (1) day; and 5.
