RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION as to Adam Hoskins: The Court RECOMMENDS: 1)Revocation w/a term of eight months imprisonment; 2) A term of supervised release of one year to follow, under the conditions previously imposed; and 3) Continued substance abuse and mental health treatment to be required in the USPO's discretion. Defendant's right of allocution is preserved. The Court directs the parties to 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(b)(1) for appeal rights. Objections to this recommended disposition due w/in fourteen days after being served with a copy of this recommended disposition, any party may serve and file written objections to any or all portions for consideration, de novo, by the District Court. Failure to make timely objection consistent with the statute and rule may, and normally will, result in waiver of further appeal to or review by the District Court and Court of Appeals. ORDER as to Adam Hoskins: 1) The Magistrate's Recommended Dispositon [R. 250] as to Adam Hoskins is ADOPTED as and for the opinion of the Court; 2) Hoskins is found to have violated the terms of his Supervised Release as set forth in the Petition filed by the USPO; 3) Mr. Hoskins's Supervised Release is REVOKED; and 4) Mr. Hoskins is hereby sentenced to a term of incarceration for eight (8) months w/ twelve (12) months of supervised release to follow under the previous conditions.
