MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: 1. Terrance Lamont Moore's 28 U.S. C. § 2241 petition for a writ of habeas corpus [R. 1] is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to Moore's right to file a 28 U.S.C. § 1331 civil rights actions asserting his condition of confinement claims, and/or another 28 U.S.C. § 2241 habeas corpus petition. 2. Moore's motions to proceed in forma pauperis [R. 2; R. 6] are DENIED as MOOT. 3. Moore's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order; Motion for Order Requiring Defendants to Comply with P.L.R.A Process; and Motion for Preliminary Injunction [R. 3] is DENIED. 4.
