(2) That Sydnor's motion to suppress his statement that he did not know what was in the bag he handed to Harris be DENIED. (3) That Sydnor's motion to suppress his answer to the question, "Why would you be going to jail," be GRANTED as obtained in violation of Miranda.(4) That Sydnor's motion to suppress three eyewitness photo identifications be DENIED.
