MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: 1. Plaintiff Woodyard's Motion for Summary Judgment [Record No. 7] is GRANTED, in part, to the extent that she seeks a remand for further administrative proceedings. 2. Defendant Berryhill's Motion for Summary Judgment [Record No. 9] is DENIED. 3. Plaintiff Woodyard's Motion for Leave to File Reply Memorandum [Record No. 10] is DENIED. 4. The decision of Administrative Law Judge Dennis Hansen is REMANDED for further administrative proceedings consistent with this opinion and pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. ยง 42 U.S.C. 405 (g).
