MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: Therefore, for the reasons stated herein, IT IS ORDERED: (1) That the Mtn to Vacate the Courts previous Order allowing RSL to intervene in the instant action 67 is DENIED; (2) That the Mtn to Strike RSLs response to Plas Mtn for SJ 70, and Mtn to strike the Hospitals response 76 are DENIED; (3) That the Mtns for SJ on behalf of Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company 62, and Pikeville United Methodist Hospital 63 are GRANTED; (4) That the Mtn of the Pla for SJ 61 is DENIED.
