REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS as to Virginia Jude Robinson re 354 MOTION to Vacate under 28 U.S.C. 2255: Court RECOMMENDS that Movant's motion to vacate her conviction and sentence (D.E. 354) be DENIED. The Court also recommends that the District Court DENY a Certificate of Appealability. Within 14 days after being served, any party may serve & file specific written objections to any or all findings or recommendations for determination, de novo, by the District Court. Failure to make timely objection consistent with statute and rule may, and normally will, result in waiver of further appeal to or review by the District Court and Court of Appeals. REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION as to Mattie Renee Moore: that the Court revoke Dft's supervised release and impose a sentence of 4 months incarceration, with credit for time served, followed by Dft's continuing her current term of supervised release, scheduled to end in October 2018. Additionally, the undersigned RECOMMENDS modifying terms of supervision to include the following special conditions: (1) dft shall seek medical treatment and obtain/fill any prescriptions only in Ky. (2) dft required to provide copies of any and all prescription to her PO within 24 hours. (3) dft shall seek approval of PO before enrolling in any substance abuse treatment program; (4) dft must complete her GED within 1 year of release; (5) dft is ordered to serve first 6 months of supervised release in a halfway house; (6) dft shall refrain from enrolling in suboxone treatment if treatment and/or medical officials determine that removal from such would not cause harm to dft.
