MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: 1. Pla Charles Johnson's Motion for Summary Judgment 12 is GRANTED, in part, to extent that he seeks a remand for further administrative proceedings. To extent he seeks an award of benefits at this time, the motion is DENIED. 2. Dft Carolyn W. Colvin's Motion for Summary Judgment 15 is DENIED. 3. The decision of Administrative Law Judge Karen R.
