ORDER & REASONS: ORDERED that Defendants' Joint Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Fed. Rule Civ. Proc. 12(c) or in the Alternative Motion for Summary Judgment Pursuant to Fed. Rule Civ. Proc. 56 (Rec. Doc. 67) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. To the extent Defendants' motion seeks dismissal under Rule 12(c), it is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiffs' claims against Cannatella, Doe, and Roe in their individual capacities and Plaintiffs' claims for punitive damages against the Defendants in their official capacities. To the extent Defendants' motion seeks summary judgment under Rule 56, it is DENIED without prejudice to being refiled following sufficient discovery. FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Melvin Williams's Motion to Continue the Submission Date of Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, Rec. Doc. 67 (Rec. Doc. 87) is DENIED as moot. FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion for Continuance of Submission Date on Defendants City, Compass and Cannatella's Joint Motion to Dismiss or in the Alternative Motion for Summary Judgment (Rec.
