ntry of default against Kelly Dorfman is DENIED; FURTHER ORDERED that Rev. Goodwin shall show good cause, in writing by 8/15/2013 why her claims against Ms. Dorfman should not be dismissed. Plaintiff's 86, 121 Motions for Declaratory Judgment are DENIED; Plaintiff's 118 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order is DENIED; Plaintiff's 123 Motion for Mortgage Release is DENIED; Plaintiff's 131 Motion for Continuance for Notice of Appeal for Appointership of Legal Counsel, Discovery Plan, and Deadlines is DENIED; Wells Fargo's 74 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim is GRANTED; The claims against Wells Fargo are DISMISSED in their entirety. FURTHER ORDERED that Wells Fargo's request for an injunction is DENIED. Wells Fargo's 126 Motion to Strike is DENIED; Dr. Shahar's 54 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is GRANTED & the claims against him are DISMISSED. Dr. Brian ORDER & REASONS: Plaintiff's 73 Motion for Default Judgment against the Baytown Housing Authority, the City of Baytown, Mr. Tombar, Mr. Rodriguez, Ms. Alexander, Dr. Shahar, Dr. Walker, and Wells Fargo is DENIED; Plaintiff's Motion for eWalker's 56 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim is GRANTED & the claims against him are dismissed. HANO's 51 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject matter Jurisdiction is GRANTED & the claims against HANO are DISMISSED. Baytown Defendants' 58 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim is GRANTED & the claims against them are DISMISSED; HUD Defendants' 63 Motion to Dismiss is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; Plaintiff shall perfect service on the HUD Defendants no later than 8/15/2013, at 5:00 p.m.& she shall file into the record proof of such service no later than 8/222013 at 5:00 p.m.; Other deadlines are stated herein. SHOW CAUSE ORDER to the City of New Orleans and Stephen Don Carlos. FURTHER ORDERED that the City and Mr. Carlos shall file each respond to Rev.
