For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that judgment be entered in favor of LLOG Exploration Company, L.L.C., and against Signet Maritime Corporation on LLOGs Complaint for Declaratory Judgment. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that judgment be entered in favor of LLOG Exploration Company, L.L.C., and against Signet Maritime Corporation on Signets Counterclaim. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that judgment be entered in favor of LLOG and against Signet for attorneys fees, court costs, and other defense costs, in accordance with Paragraph 29 of the Contract.
