ORDER & REASONS: ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration (Rec. Doc. 5) and Motion to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, to Stay Action Pending Arbitration, and Motion to Compel Arbitration (Rec. Doc. 12) are GRANTED. Plaintiff must submit his claims against Defendants to arbitration in accordance with the Agreement. FURTHER ORDERED that all proceedings in this matter shall be STAYED pending the outcome of the arbitration. The Clerk of Court shall mark this action administratively closed for statistical purposes. FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Strike Declaration of Prof. Imre Stephen Szalai (Rec. Doc. 23) is GRANTED. FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Limited Discovery (Rec. Doc. 31) is DENIED. FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Sur-Reply (Rec. Doc. 32) is DENIED as moot.
