ORDER: ORDERED that 46 Motion for Sanctions is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant's motion is DENIED to the extent that the Defendant seeks sanctions connected to the depositions of Scott and Nicole Gautreaux. FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendants motion is GRANTED to the extent that the Defendant seeks sanctions connected to the deposition of Mark Hoffman. FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant is awarded reasonable expenses associated with the cancellation of Mark Hoffman's deposition. Those expenses are to be paid for by Plaintiff's counsel.
