(mmv)ORDER AND REASONS: For all of the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that defendants' 42 motion for summary judgment is GRANTED in that plaintiff's evidence is insufficient to bear her burdens of proof as a matter of law as to her racial discrimination, hostile work environment, constructive discharge and retaliation claims under Title VII and her Section 1983 claims are time-barred. Plaintiff's claims therefore must be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Judgment will be entered separately
