ORDER AND REASONS granting in part and denying in part 44 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; and 45 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS defendants' motions to dismiss with respect to plaintiffs' conversion claim against Isoflex USA, Isoflex Radioactive, and McKannay, as well as plaintiffs' conversion claim against Schehr to the extent plaintiffs seek to recover the value of their trade secrets. The Court otherwise DENIES defendants' motions to dismiss.
