ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants' 31 Rule 12(C) Motion for Partial Judgment on the Pleadings is GRANTED, in part, to the extent that Plaintiffs' claim for violation of the Louisiana Unfair Trade Practices Act and Plaintiffs' claim pursuant to Section 1681s2(a) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act are hereby DISMISSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' 31 Rule 12(C) Motion for Partial Judgment on the Pleadings is DENIED as to all other claims. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs are granted leave to amend their complaint, within thirty days of this Order to cure the deficiencies noted, with respect to whether Plaintiffs are entitled to non-pecuniary damages for the breach of contract claim, Plaintiffs�/23/2018.
