ORDER AND REASONS denying 62 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction without prejudice to PXPs right to re-move for dismissal based on personal jurisdiction once jurisdictional discovery is complete. Absent agreement by the parties to the contrary, jurisdictional discovery must be completed by August 10, 2018.
