ORDER AND REASONS granting in part and denying in part 1 Motion to Quash, as follows: IT IS ORDERED that the subpoena is modified, in that all requests as to which this order requires movant to make production are limited to the time period June 1, 2017, to the present. The motion is granted in part in that the subpoena is modified to delete Requests Nos. 5, 7, 13 and 14. No response to these requests is required. IT IS ORDERED that, no later than June 18, 2018, subpoena recipient David Duke must produce to plaintiffs all materials responsive to Requests Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, within the time period of June 1, 2017 through the present.
