Chief Judge Mark L. Wolf:MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, ENTERED. 1. The MBCR's Motion to Strike Portions of Plaintiffs' Memorandum of Law in Support of Their Motion for Class Certification, and to Strike Supporting Materials (Docket No.77) is ALLOWED with respect to the Climate Assessment Survey and otherwise DENIED. 2. Plaintiff's Motion for Class Certification (Docket No. 71) is DENIED. 3. As requested by plaintiffs, case is STAYED for 45 days, for the purpose of allowing potential plaintiffs to move to intervene. 4. Plaintiffs shall, by May 3, 2010, inform the court whether they wish to pursue their individual claims. 5.
