Judge Allison D. Burroughs: MEMORANDUM AND ORDER entered. For the reasons stated herein, the Court finds that the FBI has performed a reasonable, adequate search for records responsive to Requests A and B. Further, with the exception of Exemption 7(E), the FBI has properly invoked FOIAs exemptions. The FBI should promptly produce the materials improperly withheld under Exemption 7(E), after which it will have completely fulfilled its obligations to respond to Requests A and B. In addition, the Court finds that the ACLUM is entitled to summary judgment as to the USAO, and the USAO is directed to conduct a reasonable search to locate records responsive to Requests A and B. The parties should submit a joint status report in 60 days. (Folan, Karen)
