District Judge Leo T. Sorokin: ORDER entered. AMENDED JUDGMENT as to Kamlesh Patel (1), Count(s) 1, 2, 3. Amended on page 2 to add the following language "with one day of credit accruing for each calendar day, or portion thereof, during which defendant is in custody". The court sentences the defendant to 24 days of incarceration to be served intermittently on the weekends 12 days at the Barnstable detention center and 12 days at the residential community center or at probation's discretion. Probation may adjust the schedule as it sees fit. 5 years of probation. $137,896.65 to be paid in restitution. The court will credit the $15,000 payment made toward the restitution owed. A $300.00 special assessment and special conditions of probation that will be set forth in the judgment. (Simeone, Maria)
