Judge Allison D. Burroughs: ORDER enteredORDER ON DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO DISMISSDefendant's Motion to Dismiss 12 is hereby DENIED. The parties may engage in limited discovery regarding whether Defendant is the current mortgagee entitled to foreclose, as set forth in the Court's Memorandum and Order. The Court imposes the following deadlines: Initial disclosures shall be exchanged no later than 7/17/2015. Plaintiffs may propound no more than ten (10) interrogatories upon Defendant. Plaintiffs may take the Defendants deposition pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(b)(6), and Defendant may, if necessary, depose the Plaintiffs. All discovery shall be completed by 9/25/2015, and no additional discovery will be permitted without leave of court. All dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment, shall be filed no later than 10/16/2015. Oppositions shall be filed no later than 11/10/2015, and Replies, if any, shall be filed by 11/20/2015. (Montes, Mariliz)

For the reasons set forth in the accompanying Order, Plaintiffs' Motion for an Extension of Time to Complete Discovery [ECF No. 57] is DENIED, and Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF No. 53] is ALLOWED.
