Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton: MEMORANDUM AND ORDER entered: The Court considers plaintiff's Motion for Judgment (Docket No. 1) as plaintiff's Complaint; Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis (Docket No. 2) is ALLOWED as to plaintiff Isaac but DENIED with respect to plaintiff PSE; All claims of PSE shall be dismissed within 21 days of the date of this Memorandum and Order unless PSE pays its proportional share of the filing and administrative fees of the Court (i.e. $200.00); All claims of PSE shall be dismissed within 21 days of the date of this Memorandum and Order unless duly-licensed counsel files a Notice of Appearance on behalf of PSE. The Notice of Appearance shall indicate whether counsel also represents Isaac;if counsel represents both PSE and Isaac, a further Order shall issue with respect to the filing of an Amended Complaint and service of process; If no duly-licensed counsel appears for the plaintiffs, then a further Order shall issue permitting this action to proceed only as to Isaacs individual claims and directing the issuance of a summons and service of process; and the Court DECLINES to appoint pro bono counsel for the plaintiffs. Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton: ORDER entered. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: for the reasons set forth in the Memorandum and Order (Docket No. 4) and for the reasons stated herein, it is hereby Order that all claims of PSE are DISMISSED. Plaintiff Isaac is directed to file an Amended Complaint within 35 days of the date of this Memorandum and Order. The Amended Complaint must set forth plausible claims upon which relief may be granted based on alleged wrongdoings to him and not to PSE. Isaac must also demonstrate a good faith basis for asserting that the amount in controversy, based on his individual claims, exceeds $75,000.00. (PSSA, 1)
