MEMORANDUM AND PRE-HEARING ORDER - (SEE ORDER FOR COMPLETE DETAILS) IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion for temporary restraining order 6 is granted consistent with the Temporary Restraining Order entered February 29, 2016 22.
